One of the team's three captains, Gatdula returns for her third season with the Broncos. Has done a tremendous job in becoming one of the team's leaders. Will be competing for playing time this season at one of the guard spots. Has improved offensively and is one of the team's better defenders.
SOPHOMORE (2004-05): Appeared in 12 games and played a total of 60 minutes for the Broncos. Averaged 5.0 minutes, 0.8 points, 0.4 rebounds and 0.3 assists per game. Had a season-high five points in 13 minutes at UC San Diego(2-25-05 ). Also hit a 3-pointer against Cal State Stanislaus (2-18-05 ).
FRESHMAN (2003-04): Appeared in 24 games and played a total of 123 minutes for the Broncos in 2003-04. Averaged 5.1 minutes, 1.0 point, 0.5 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game. Had a season-high five points against Pt. Loma ( 11-29-03 ).
AT ST. LUCY'S HS: Was named Most Improved her sophomore year and Best Offensive player her senior year. Received All-Sierra League second-team honors in 2002. Also ran track.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Eduardo and Mariza Gatdula. Majoring in marketing. Enjoys shopping, wakeboarding, surfing, hanging out with friends and going to the beach. Lists being part of a college basketball team at Cal Poly Pomona as being her most exciting experience in sports.
