After redshirting last season, Kitaguchi returns with the Cal Poly Pomona program. Is the team's most improved player since last year. Has developed consistency in her outside shot and will be expected to do a good job defending the perimeter.
AT DIAMOND BAR HS: Earned second-team All-CIF and first-team All-Sierra League honors in 2003-04. Also earned first-team All-League recognition in 2002-03 and second-team All-Valley honors in 2004. Played in the 2004 Inland Valley All-Star game. Was also a scholar-athlete.
PERSONAL : Daughter of William and May Kitaguchi. Majoring in kinesiology. Enjoys going to the beach, reading, body boarding and hanging out with friends. Lists beating Ayala High School in her senior year and snapping a 70-game league winning streak as her most exciting experience in sport
