A sharp-shooting guard, Hopkins joins the Cal Poly Pomona program. Possesses the ability to make great decisions and is able to create easy shot opportunities for her teammates. Could make a major impact for the Broncos at one of the guard spots.
AT BELL GARDENS HS : Earned first-team All-Almont League honors twice and second-team All-CIF accolades as well. Earned second-team All-League honors as a freshman. Also competed in volleyball.
PERSONAL : Daughter of Steffany Hopkins. Majoring in kinesiology. Enjoys working out, listening to music, eating, reading and scrapbooking. Lists going to Atlanta to play in a tournament as her most exciting experience in sports because she had her best 3-point shooting games there
