Transfer applicants may be provisionally admitted based on academic preparation and courses planned for completion.  All accepted applicants are required to submit an official transcript of all college level work completed. 

Admission will be rescinded for all applicants who are found not to be eligible after the final transcript has been evaluated.

• A Student Intent to Register (SIR) and an Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD) is now required of all admitted freshmen and transfers.  Those who respond past the enrollment deposit deadline may be placed on an enrollment waiting list, deferred to a subsequent term or not permitted to register.
   
• All other supporting documents are due on July 15.
   
• English Placement Test (EPT) and Entry Level Math Test (ELM): 
  All first-time freshmen enrolling at Cal Poly Pomona must have documentation of exemption or take the EPT and/or the ELM.
  
  Students coming from abroad or out-of-state must also complete their testing by the deadlines. You may arrange to take your test(s) out of the area with Educational Testing Service by calling (800) 987-8493 Ext. 5 for out-of-area testing.
