Our Mission: To reinforce quality education and promote academic success by understanding the issues that hinder retention and completion and addressing the findings with appropriate interventions, services, and practices.
Advising: Making contact with students at the critical junctures in their education results in a more satisfying, more successful experience for students.
Curriculum: Alignment of scheduling practices, program structures, and instructional support remove roadblocks in students' paths to degree.
Engagement: A strong connection between students and the campus community expands support networks and prevents little setbacks from becoming career ending events.
